- 1 ( 10 ounce) package fresh baby spinach leaves
- 2 Granny Smith Apples( cut into bite size pieces)
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. Celery salt
Combine dressing ingredients in a cruet, shake well and refrigerate.
